Submit for credential review
We verify your NPI, license, malpractice insurance, and board certification. Most reviews complete in 2–3 business days.

Once approved, your profile appears in patient search. Patients triaged to your specialty find you first. You confirm bookings with one click.
What we verify
Verification is what makes patients trust ClinMatch enough to book. We check:
- Full legal name and practice name
- NPI number (cross-referenced with CMS registry)
- Professional license — number, state, and active status
- Malpractice insurance status
- Board certification, if claimed
- Location, visit type, and availability
Providers that do not pass verification are not listed. Period.
Provider obligations
By joining ClinMatch, providers agree to:
- Respond to booking requests within 24 hours
- Keep availability and pricing accurate
- Honor confirmed bookings (or notify patients promptly)
- Maintain active licensure and malpractice insurance
- Deliver care under your own clinical judgment and license

What if a patient no-shows?
Contact support within 48 hours with the booking ID. We review all no-show disputes and credit or reverse fees for documented cases.
Can I be on ClinMatch and Zocdoc at the same time?
Yes. No exclusivity required. Since ClinMatch has no monthly fee, running both costs you nothing if ClinMatch doesn't send bookings.
How long does credential review take?
Most applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. You'll get an email the moment your profile is live.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — no cancellation fee, no notice period required. Close your account from your dashboard at any time.
