1. ClinMatch is not a medical provider

ClinMatch is a scheduling and matching platform. We help you find and book appointments with independent licensed healthcare providers. ClinMatch does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or emergency care. Any symptom guidance provided by our AI triage assistant is informational only and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

2. Not for emergencies

Do not use ClinMatch if you are experiencing a medical emergency. If you have symptoms that are life-threatening or rapidly worsening — including chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reaction, loss of consciousness, or signs of stroke — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

3. Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Your booking is pending until the provider reviews and confirms it. You will receive an email and SMS notification once confirmed. ClinMatch is not responsible for provider scheduling decisions.

4. Your information is shared with your chosen provider

When you submit a booking, your name, preferred appointment time, and reason for visit are shared with the provider you selected so they can prepare for your visit. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

5. Cancellation is always free

You may cancel a pending or confirmed booking at any time before the appointment at no charge. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to the provider. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Provider independence

All providers on ClinMatch are independent licensed professionals. They practice under their own clinical judgment and professional licenses. ClinMatch does not supervise, direct, or control the medical care they provide. Any concerns about the care you received should be directed to the provider directly or to the relevant state licensing board.

7. Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and making bookings. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your symptoms or identity — may result in account suspension.
